Completed while studying at Jefferson University


      Notation is a series of knitted studies explores knitting as coded language. Some swatches are inspired by inked words on a white page. Some swatches reference Braille and Morse code. Some structures appear multiple times with different yarns as a metaphor for language translation. My favorite of these studies assumes the format of a hand written letter. See mood board here.

  • Gradients achieved using Heat transfered sublimation design.
  • This is a selection of 120 samples generated to address the same subject
